Phase One: Beginning

WEEK ONE: MARCH 10th - 17th

 

Beginning.

Isn't it such a sweet word? It holds promise. There's hope. And there's a taste of anticipation and a flavor for possibility.

In the next 7 days, we are going to be right here in the opening of this experience. Our focus is on waking up to what is. To do this, we will start creating a sacred space or place in your home. For the rest of the month, this is where you know you can come to find peace, process, and be.

This may look like a chair tucked away in a guest room, maybe it's the driver's or passenger's seat of your parked car, or perhaps it's sprawling out on your bed. It doesn't have to be fancy or look picture perfect. It simply needs to be quiet, peaceful, and comfortable for you while you are in it.  *I'd love to see your space or the details you are choosing to put in it; if you would like to snap a pic and post it on Instagram using the hashtags #comfortwithrachel and #rachelcamfield, you will be entered this week for a very special prize :) 

What you will need for this week: 

  • a journal 
  • pen 
  • candle 
  • quiet space just for you 
  • blanket, sweater, things to make you comfortable
 
 

MARCH 10th - 12th | Welcoming Awareness

Welcome, to Friday, love. We are going to head into the weekend with some soul time. Don't feel rushed or stressed about this. Start by asking yourself if you would like to begin. If the answer is yes, carve out 30 mins., set a timer, and leave your phone behind (even if that means airplane mode). 

In your peaceful place, with your items from above, let's begin. 

1. Set your timer for 10 mins.

Journal on and ask yourself: 

How is your heart?

What do you know to be true right now? 

How do you want to feel when the 4 weeks are over? 

How do you want to show up to the group, each other, and to yourself?

2. Listen to the following meditation. You can be seated or laying down. 

*meditation is 13 mins

3. With your journal close by, write down any thoughts lingering from the meditation. 

Some questions to get your juices flowing: What are you currently focused on? What is turning your dial up? (Bringing you up in life, making you happy, high vibration) Turning down? (Doesn't feel good, bumming you out, low vibration)

MARCH 13th - 15th | What's Calling To You?

Happy new week! We are coming off the heels of a powerful full moon from over the weekend. If you've been feeling emotionally connected to your choices and actions, and reminded that you can trust yourself and you know what you need to do, you're in beautiful company. 

We can get busy and forget that we are connected to it all; the moon, the sun, the seasons, each other. This moon is all about witnessing and exploring where we are in life right now before we turn the corner and head into a new time and season.

It's about honoring the truth of things. It's about honoring ourselves, those deep inner longings (the ones your heart always remembers), and calling upon our true purpose. 

This isn't about beating ourselves up for "doing it wrong". You have not missed the boat. You are exactly where you need to be. What can you celebrate right now? What can you receive? What can you release? 

The next part of our Phase One: Beginning is about Remembering

We've invited and made room for this experience to come forward by creating a sacred and intentional space physically and with simple tools, like a journal.  We've welcomed our attention inward with the first meditation (above) and blessed this journey with breath and space.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

MONDAY

I encourage you to have and bring your journal with you starting this week. This will energetically hold space for you and remind you that your awareness is always near. Write and jot any notes, thoughts, and ideas into it throughout your day. 

Journal on: What do you need right now? What is overwhelming you? What feels like too much? 

Focus on your breath: Make time for 3 separate moments for you to take sets of 3 deep breaths throughout each day. 

 

TUESDAY

Join me for our first Facebook Live Group Call at 1 PM EST. I will be leading our first coaching call, digging into our beginning phase of our work together, and taking and answering questions.

MARCH 15 | Meditation Two

Happy middle of the week and Wednesday! Today brings us to a new opening. One that could only be built upon the sacred space we have created above. Wherever this finds you, well done so far.

Like last time, ask yourself if you are ready and wanting to create the space to do this meditation. When the answer is yes, carve out 30 mins., set a timer, and leave your phone behind (even if that means airplane mode). 

In your peaceful place, let's begin. 

1. Set your timer for 10 mins.

Journal on and ask yourself: 

Openly journal on your current state. 

What's going on in your week and world around you. 

Is there anything waking up inside of you? 

Is there one word or nugget or truth that is resonating for you? 

2. Listen to the following meditation. You can be seated or laying down. 

*meditation is 11 mins

3. With your journal close by, write down any thoughts lingering from the meditation.
