Picking up the pen.

Why is it I can make out something to be so big in my head? I can strategize. I can stress. I can play it out every single step of the way. But I don't begin. I delay. I extend my runway — again and again and again. Sometimes I realize, thank goodness, I am in the thick of doing this, and I stop. And I get busy doing instead of thinking about it all. That's where I am right now, y'all.

What If We Got This One Thing Right Instead of Chasing Success First

The reason I've decided to dig into my recent topics, sharing so transparently in these blog posts, is that I get asked these questions every day from amazing people who are tired of watching and are wanting to do. When I say do I mean make a shift or positive pivot with the new seasons of their life. Feel better. Heck, look better. Feel like they are thriving instead of surviving. And ultimately, tap into their power so that no matter what intersection of circumstances they find themselves in, they are centered, grateful, and empowered to be living and breathing in a time such as this.

The Two Sentences That Set Me Free On a Daily Basis

"Her family is so much more together than mine." "I dropped the ball... I think I'll jump back in next month." "She is a rockstar in her business, there's no way I could do what she does." "I can't keep up with the pace, I must not be good at this." "I'm not going to say anything. I don't want it to seem like I am bragging." ...Whew. Welcome, sister. This week's post is an honest peek through the keyhole that we can silently choose to see ourselves through.

For the Treasures Hidden Inside of You

Today I want to speak to the heart of your dreams, desires, and visions. Here's why. I know what it feels like to sit on the edge, feet and bum planted in the sand, watching, deeply wanting to be out in the ocean, to just try riding that next wave, but maybe someone who's a pro is out there. There's no way to add up. Just a little more practice on land before heading out. It's a self-preservation kind of thing.

How I'm Making My Life Work for Me (instead of the other way around)

"Rachel, how do you make your life work for you? Here I am. I've done all of the "right things", yet I feel like there's more. It's a scary conversation I have in my mind because I don't know what I could be doing differently. All I know is I know there has to be another way to live and experience my life, and I'm hoping you can help me."

Take up as much space as you need.

This week I woke up with the words “take up as much space as you need” swirling and seared into my heart and mind. Some mornings, I luckily rise to this kind of divine download within before my feet even hit the ground. I have to say, I’ve been feeling the most exciting waves in the last couple of weeks - about being myself, honoring exactly who I am - down to each hair on the top of my head, to celebrating the uniqueness and magic in others. Helping them to artfully pull it from within and get it OUT. Whether that’s on the page, in their online voice, in the container of their life, through a video/photoshoot, you name it, I help your inner magic come into the world.

Discovering Your Brand

What a wild, amazing, and full moon kinda week it's been! How are you and helllooo. Last month, I had the absolute honor, privilege, and gift to open and train at a leadership conference in Phoenix, Arizona. I was speaking to a room filled with 150 top-level entrepreneurs and managers, and was delivering a 30-minute training about discovering your brand and coming home to yourself. The unique thing about this audience was that we were highly focused on the personal brand within the context of a larger brand.

The Unfolding of Life

Have you ever experienced such certainty in your life, that you just knew you were on your intended path? It's like a flutter, and I think we get these fork-in-the-road moments over and over and over again in our lifetime, because they serve as a mirror to where we are with trusting the unfolding of our life. Growing up, I often felt like I had a two-sided inner conflict. That I was supposed to choose a certain path. That there was this thing I wanted and was called to do but I was "supposed" to pick the other thing.

The Conscious Creative Life

Yesterday morning I drove to meet my colleague and friend, Laurel, for our final mastermind group of 2016. Laurel and I met and have been working together since 2012. We have a shared passion for: Courageously unlocking and releasing your inner truth that transforms into your inner power when you trust yourself, desires, and callings. Healing the past and intentionally building your present and future world around you. Cultivating positive, truth-filled relationships. Demonstrating unapologetic confidence in business and inviting others to do the same. Leading and collaborating with like-minded others. If you have been looking to uplevel your leadership, business, and life, this could be your sign.

The Rachel Camfield Show Episode 7: Learning As We Grow

The other morning in yoga class, we lay on the floor, palms facing up, taking cleansing breaths, and we set an intention for our practice. The words "I am willing to change" came to me super fast. It wasn't what I was expecting, but I went with it. And then the yoga magic happened.Release amidst the balancing. Strength right smack in the middle of the surrender. Isn't that the dance we all do? In today's episode, I'm keeping things short & sweet (and right next to my Christmas tree).

The Rachel Camfield Show Episode 6: A Holistic + Balanced Lifestyle

In this week's episode, I am uncovering what seemed like an entrepreneurial myth to me for the longest time (even before I took my leap to go out on my own). Let me ask you. Do you ever feel like you want to have or be living a version of someone’s life you see... Online? On social media? Out in the world? Or perhaps a combination of others’ lives? If we were window shopping together, red Starbucks cups in hand and chunky scarves around our necks, you'd point your finger at it and say "Aha! I want that one." Well, I know the feeling of studying, following, and watching some of my biggest inspirations, and deeply wondering how they are doing it.

The Rachel Camfield Show Episode 2: Defining Moments

I can sometimes think, "How did I get here?" Here to my cozy home. My cherished marriage. My joyful work. My deep relationships. I've spent a good portion of my life energetically in survival mode. Shades of unworthiness can creep in and try to tell me it was luck or good timing. Or something like that. But this I know. You are moving the needle in your life. Each choice - every decision - is moving you closer or further away to your vision. And most of the time, it looks like tiny, tiny steps.

Our Energy is Our Engine

Almost one year ago to the week, I boarded a plane and headed out on a work trip. It was my birthday, and I was pretty raw from exhaustion. If I’m really honest with myself, I felt like I was always behind and just trying to catch up in my life. I wanted balance more than anything, but I also wanted to be really happy. It just didn’t make sense to me; I’d done (and was doing) all of the “right” things, and yet I still wanted more. More inner peace. More freedom. More creativity. More play. More abundance. More time to just be. I felt like I had five heads not being happy with my life the way it was. Has this ever happened to you?

The Truth About Network Marketing

I know what you're thinking. "Another one of those things." I know, me too. Who does she think she is? Calling herself an "entrepreneur". A business owner. She says it's just like when you recommend your favorite restaurant. Or like that time when you loved her cute top so much, she sent you the exact link for it, and you bought it. But she says it's different, too...
