7 STEPS TO HOW I’VE UNTANGLED AND UPLEVELED MY LIFE

What is it about a birthday that makes you stop, take inventory, and feel the gravity of your life? It’s a time to reflect and learn from your younger past versions. It’s a time to look forward and sail out into even more adventures that await you - ones that you create for yourself or ones that you decide to embrace and step into.

If you've ever felt the pain of falling short from your expectations, this is for you.

Hi. I'm not sure how this post is going to come out but I am going to try. Here goes. One year ago I boarded a plane. I was "on fire" in every sense of the word from the outside looking in. I was over the half way mark in my first year of business and succeeding wildly. There was nothing you could put in front of me that I would not run through. I was fearless but afraid. Excited but exhausted. Successful but unstable.

Has this ever happened to you? I have a gift to help you through.

Has this ever happened to you: You’re getting ready to head of town for a few days or something out of the ordinary is popping onto your schedule. You start feeling hammy jammy about the details, moving parts, and you begin to put an insane amount of pressure on yourself. Suddenly, the fun, exciting thing is causing more stress than fun or excitement...

Busy is not a badge.

Happy Sunday! Thanks for coming over to the blog. Could today be any more beautiful? I have all of the windows open. I've rearranged some furniture (wink, I'm feeling much better.)I've spent the last four-ish days completely out-of-the-loop with being sick. (I highly recommend it! The out-of-the-loop part.) My heart and soul have never been happier. Note to self: I'm going to be carving "Do Nothing" days in my schedule every month. New priority for me. I'm also going to be asking Brian for more help. He's really awesome at it. And I rock at being helped.

TRCS Episode 9: Pulling Back the Curtain and Illuminating | A peek into my past. A reminder that you, too, can change.

Oh hay there, 2017. How you doin'. I actually recorded another episode and had it ready to go for this first week back, but something happened. I was struck by such inspiration over the weekend I ended up filming one of my most in-depth and longer formats of The Rachel Camfield Show to date. The truth is I am on a pursuit to be awakened by the people put on my path...

The Rachel Camfield Show Episode 7: Learning As We Grow

The other morning in yoga class, we lay on the floor, palms facing up, taking cleansing breaths, and we set an intention for our practice. The words "I am willing to change" came to me super fast. It wasn't what I was expecting, but I went with it. And then the yoga magic happened.Release amidst the balancing. Strength right smack in the middle of the surrender. Isn't that the dance we all do? In today's episode, I'm keeping things short & sweet (and right next to my Christmas tree).

How Gilmore Girls Made Me Happy Again

If you can believe it, I've never watched Gilmore Girls! I remember hearing about it when I was in middle and high school, but I never caught on to it. (This partly could be, because I didn't grow up with t.v., but I still don't know if it would have been a 'thing' for me in my early and later teen years...) But a quick trip to Stars Hollow let me know that the old winter in my heart truly melted back into my spring.

The Rachel Camfield Show Episode 2: Defining Moments

I can sometimes think, "How did I get here?" Here to my cozy home. My cherished marriage. My joyful work. My deep relationships. I've spent a good portion of my life energetically in survival mode. Shades of unworthiness can creep in and try to tell me it was luck or good timing. Or something like that. But this I know. You are moving the needle in your life. Each choice - every decision - is moving you closer or further away to your vision. And most of the time, it looks like tiny, tiny steps.

The Truth About Network Marketing

I know what you're thinking. "Another one of those things." I know, me too. Who does she think she is? Calling herself an "entrepreneur". A business owner. She says it's just like when you recommend your favorite restaurant. Or like that time when you loved her cute top so much, she sent you the exact link for it, and you bought it. But she says it's different, too...

unfiltered.

One week ago tonight, I had finished all of the wine we had in the house. Well. Let me back up. I started with two rand-o bottles of beer right before. The first one, innocent in nature. It was a casual, Sunday-afternoon-at-home beer. The one for me that says, "Hey, you've earned this. Relax."  I'd been nervous that day. Doing things that scared and stretched me.
