Prices and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change on products and services. All changes will be reflected on the Rachel Camfield website prior to new services or products being sold. Payment plans are available for some products and services. Please see product or service description for further information. We reserve the right to take legal action to collect any funds unpaid by established due date. Payments are due prior to classes, workshops, and retreats. 50% payment is due at the time of booking a session, and full payment due by the day of the session.

Cancellation Policy

If you book a live session with Rachel, you are required to be present on time for our session. If you arrive late, Rachel is responsible only to stay until the end of the scheduled session time. A $8.30/minute fee applies to extra time added to sessions. Rescheduling appointments is allowed free of charge until 48 hours before our scheduled session. Rescheduling and/or canceling your session within 48 hours of the appointment results in a charge of the full session fee. This fee is due 48 hours after the scheduled session. Thank you for honoring our time together.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Rachel Camfield content, all sales are final and refunds will not be permitted EXCEPT in the case of Content Packages. In those cases, refunds are available if requested within 15 days of project delivery and within reason. Refunds after 15 days will be made at the discretion of Rachel Camfield. Please contact us if you have any questions about a product or service prior to your purchase.

Physical Products

We care so much about you here. Every detail and special touch is done with love with your experience top of mind. If for some reason you purchase a physical product from our website and are not satisfied with the quality of experience it provides for you, you have 48 hours upon reciveing your order to write in to to request a refund.

You will need to include:

  • A full explanation of what you were expecting and a description of what you received instead.

  • 1-3 photographs to support your explanation so we can do our best to improve as a whole.

If a package is damaged by the USPS, UPS, FedEx, or excited dogs (!) we are so sorry but cannot take responsibility for what happens during transit and once the package is received. Packages are marked clearly if fragile or not to bend. Thank you for your business and faith in us!
