Many years ago, I was dreaming of a life I didn’t know how to create yet.
I longed for beauty, harmony, and peace to fill my world.
I was not at ease with the path laid out in front of me. But it felt uncomfortable to question it.
I knew an emotionally painful life was not for me. I also feared I couldn’t change and grow into who I believed I was meant to be.
That gap between my outer life and my inner life caused me real distress. So I made a brave decision. I would learn how to become who I wanted to be, in my life and in the world.

We will go through all 8 practices together and you will get to find where you are on your own map.
Do a Coaching Exercise Together
We will enter into a simple coaching exercise so you can practice how the wheel works in real time and in your real life.
