Serene Leadership Requires Space + Clear Direction

Serene + Centered Leadership Requires Space…

Here are the 5 lessons that have aided my experience.

  1. You can never want the results *more* for someone else, including clients. They have to bring their own motivation and fire.

  2. You must be the one to see the vision first. It never was or will be a community or audience’s job to breathe life into it. It’s your job to invite others into your vision.

  3. It’s going to feel worse more than it feels amazing. Existing within vulnerability is not easy for anyone. As I frequently say to my clients, if it feels gooey, you’re doing it right.

  4. Somehow, the time always gets filled. You must remember this and choose wisely.

  5. No part of dreams happens without devotion, vision, and action. A dear friend texted me during my retreat week and said: “Congrats on turning this dream into a reality.”

Each of these 5 lessons has required the space to think through them, and I have needed adequate planning to bring them to life.

As I write this, I have the space carved out to think through each of these points and what I am offering to you.

I have asked for the support to be alone to work on my business plan for my final 8 working weeks of 2023.

I’ve created a Roadmap for the End of the Year as a way to organize my thoughts, goals, and plans.

If you would like your own Free Copy to fill in, click HERE for THE ROADMAP and I will send it over to you!

I hope that it blesses your clarity and planning. Thank you for stopping by!
